I know many of you want to see fashion posts…and I will follow this post with a fashion post…but, I’m having a lot of success with this new “knee juice” called “Play Again Now”…actually an oral joint gel….and I feel compelled to share my experiences with this product!
Here is a link to my last blog if you missed it about my specific knee dilemma…I am “bone-on-bone” but still play competitive hoops at the State and National level. So here is my ongoing journey towards total knee replacement (TKR). Link to Last blog on my knee
Last.week, my Senior Basketball Team competed in the Pennsylvania Keystone Games…55-59 Divison and won every game in our age bracket, taking another gold. I share guard duty with 3 other outstanding guards, so let’s say I played 1/2 the game time. After a fairly competitive schedule…4 games…I did not have to ice my left knee after! I can only attribute this to the effect of this new product, Play Again Now. Here is a quick link to their website: Quick Link to Play Again Now website
I’m finding that I can now add some plyometric or jumping routines to my regular workouts…that I had previously avoided due to my knee pain. I also notice that when doing exercises for my legs…specifically leg extensions and each squat exercise, I no longer experience pain during the routine…alowing me to use more weight and hit my desired reps without pain. These have contributed to an improved shooting percentage and ability to move much more quickly on the hardwood!
After taking Play Again Now for 10 weeks, I can honestly say that I am no longer considering a TKR at this time. Whether this will “buy” me six months, one year or several years, will remain to be seen.
If you suffer from joint pain especially knee pain, look at my first blog, consider this, and study Play Again Now’s website and product info. If it makes sense for you, let me know your experience. Use promo code 100-4 to get free shipping.
Keep hittin’ the three for you ballers!
