Well…first, our hearts and prayers go out to everyone suffering with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. We have two families staying with us who are from Long Beach, Long Island…where there is still no electricity.
I’m reaching out today to those who have been following this blog, to ask if anyone has any experience with the popliteal ligament. I seem to have strained this ligament behind the knee during a full court game recently, and aggravated it further in the Delaware Senior Olympics (we did take another gold thanks to outstanding performances by each member of our team!)
